Short, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, ask before you rely on it.

The service

The TradePlatoon member app is a trading journal and a library of educational content: a daily plan, a trade log, a debrief and a history of your sessions, plus videos and documents. It is provided as is, and we may change or withdraw features.

Not financial advice

Nothing in the app, the videos or the documents is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. It is education about discipline and risk management. We are not a broker, adviser or fund. Past performance, ours or yours, says nothing about future results.

Trading involves a substantial risk of loss, including more than your initial deposit in leveraged products. Every decision you make is yours alone. We accept no liability for trading losses.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• Keep your email account secure; anyone with a sign-in link can access your journal.
• One account per person. Do not share member content outside your account.
• We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or other members.

Your data

Your journal entries belong to you. We store them to show them back to you and for nothing else. You can export or delete them at any time. See the privacy policy for retention periods.

Content

Videos, documents and other material in the manual are ours or licensed to us. They are for your personal use as a member. Do not copy, redistribute or resell them.

Availability and liability

We aim for the app to be available but do not guarantee it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including trading losses.

Ending the agreement

You can end it any time by deleting your account. We can end it by closing your account with notice by email, or without notice if you break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
